Jennie Valencia, born December 25, 1921, passed away on January 2, 2003.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Felix Valencia (Maria) and David Roman (Pebbles), three daughters, Rosa Rojas (Edward), Jennie Padilla (Max) and Susie Prado (Jesse); twenty grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandchild.
Jennie was a native of Arizona, she was wed to Eloy Valencia they lived both their lives together in bliss, until Eloy passed away in 1990. She lived out the rest of her life as a widow.
Jennie was a woman of great stature. She gave when she could and she even gave when she couldn't. Before she passed away, she asked of her grandson Aaron not to cry when I die but rejoice and sing to her, 'Canto Muy Bien Mijo" Remember me in all the good times we had together. For she was the life of the party. Always thinking of you. La Familia, Valenica, Roman, Prado, Rojas, Padilla and host of relatives and friends.
We will always love you. May peace be with you always and forever.
Visitation will be Wednesday January 22, 2003 10:30 a.m. at Botimer Funeral Home 1641 E. Jefferson, funeral to follow visitation.
