The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, January 21, 2003 Evelyn Maude Robinson Sharpneck Carter, 95, died Thursday January 16 in Riverside, Ca. Born in Prescott, Ariz. Mrs. Carter lived in Arizona for 77 years. She was a teacher throughout Arizona, including: Congress, Peeples Valley, Kirkland, Camp Verde and Casa Grande. Mrs. Carter is survived by a daughter, Sharon Moreland of Riverside and three grandchildren all of Riverside. Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Oddfellows Cemetery in Prescott.
