Born in Blandinsville, Ill., she moved to Sun City, Az, in 1971 from St. Louis with her husband Bill who precedes her in death. Louise was a graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, Ill.; a member of the Sun City Handbell Ringers, and the Church of the Palms in Sun City. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Ward of Phoenix; son Karl Katt or Reno, Nev.; granddaughter Donna Erwin, great-grandchildren Elizabeth and Joseph Erwin of Phoenix; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 23, 2003, with visitation 1 hour prior to service at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd. Burial follows in Sunland Memorial Park, Sun City, Az.
