RIGGS, W. Russell

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, January 21, 2003 W. Russell Riggs, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2003 and was 80 years of age. He was a Marine in WW II. Private services at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Memorial donations can be made in his memory to the Salvation Army 336 E. Dunlap St. Sunnyslope, Az., 85020.
