SHEEHAN, Vincent M., Sr.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, January 21, 2003 Vincent M. Sheehan, Sr., 83, an Arizona resident since 1948, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2003. Sheehan owned VMS Brand Inc., an independent insurance adjusting and appraisal firm, since 1977. Prior to that he was an office manager for Motors Insurance Corp., a General Motors subsidiary, for 30 years. Sheehan was a decorated Army Air Corpsman who served as a tail gunner on a B-24 bomber in Italy during World War II. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Martha; daughters, Nancy Teff and Elizabeth Baldacchino; sons, Michael Jr. and David; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be at Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, on Tuesday, January 21st, 2003, from 6-8 p.m. with Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 22nd, 2003, at Mount Claret Center, 4633 North 54th Street, where Sheehan was a member and usher.
