Helen C. Chunglo, age 90, died July 1, 2002 in Prescott, Arizona. She was born December 29, 1911 in Amherst, Massachusetts to Andrew and Mary (Lakasiak) Miazga. 

Helen moved to Arizona in 1978 from Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward in 1994 and a son John in 1992. 

Mary was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 

She is survived by a son; Edward of Fountain Hills, Arizona, a daughter; Jayne Kirkland of Prescott, Arizona, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. 

Memorial Mass Friday, July 5, 2002, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Prescott, AZ with Father Richard Farrell CMF officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St., Prescott, AZ 86301. Sunrise Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
