HARNESS, Leslie Joseph

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 16, 2003 Leslie Joseph Harness, Ret. Col., 87, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away February 11, 2003. He was born May 19, 1915 in Richland Country, WI. A 30 year Retired Colonel in the US Army-RA-Infantry WWII, Korean Wars. He was an agent with Stephenson Realty. Leslie was a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge Scottish Rite Schriner & Military Order of the World Wars. He moved to Arizona in 1967 from Ft. Monroe, VA. He is survived by his wife Ruth, Daughter Kathryn Barstow & Son Jim; 10 Grandchildren, 5 Great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 2-4 PM Monday at Shadow Mountain Mortuary 2350 E. Greenway Rd., Phoenix. Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, Graveside National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Cave Creek & Pinnacle Peak Rds. Contributions: Arizona Parkinsons Assoc. 222 E.
