The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 22, 2003 Pamela DeFee, passed away at Hospice of the Valley in Mesa, Arizona on January 20, 2003 at age 46. Beloved companion of Mark Hutchison; daughter of Sharlene DeFee-Rubenstein of New Orleans; sister of Gretchen DeFee of Houston. Born in Baton Rouge, lived her childhood in New Orleans, and in Houston before residing in Phoenix for the past 15 years. Pam was employed at Holsum Bakery, whose management and employees were extremely kind to Pam during her illness. Memorial celebration at the Wyndham Buttes Resort, 2000 W.
