HARVEY, Jack Howard

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 22, 2003 Jack Howard Harvey, loving father, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. Jack was born in DeSoto, Iowa on November 28, 1931 and moved to Phoenix in 1977. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Prior to retirement he was a social worker for the States of Iowa and Arizona. He also held other admin. positions for non-profit agencies in the city of Phoenix. He then became a full time Mental Health Advocate. Jack is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Cindy Berger of Cave Creek, Cristi Payne of Phoenix and Kelly Spahn of Lincoln, Neb; loving companion, Lori Tofoya and six grandchildren. Memorial services will be held, 2 p.m., Friday, January 24, 2003 at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Rd.
