KOSTUCK, Loretta Mae

Loretta Mae Kostuck, 83, of Gilbert Arizona, passed away on June 30, 2002. She was born in Cicero, Illinois on September 9, 1918. 

Survivors include her 3 daughters, Rosalie Stottlemyre, Sandra Jean Wilson, and Janice K. Landry; 3 sons, Patrick, Michael, and Johnny Kostuck; sisters Irene Muzynoski and Mary Ann Teague. 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother. 

Visitation Friday, July 5th, 2002, with noon services to follow at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 6200 S. Central Ave, Phx, AZ. Interment will be East Resthaven Park Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern, Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Universal Memorial Center.
