LECKIE, Thomas A., Sr.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 22, 2003 Thomas A. Leckie, Sr., 86, of Sun City, Arizona, passed sway on Jan. 18, 2003. He is survived by his beloved Carole, his son, Thomas A. Leckie, Jr. and wife Loretta, his daughter, Mrs. Barbara Egner, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Tom was born and lived all his life in a little Scotch-Irish town of Kearny, N.J. until he retired to Sun City. He was a Construction Engineer for the firm of Linde-Griffith in Newark, N.J. and a charter life member of the North Arlington, N.J. Elks. He was also for many years a member of the Monarch Golf Association in Sun City, Az. Viewing will be held 1:00-5:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2003 at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, Az., with a funeral mass 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003 at St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 111th Ave. in Sun City, Az., followed by interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
