The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 17, 2003 Tom Lukens, 59, of Phoenix, AZ, went to be with the Lord Friday, February 14, 2003. Born in Williamsport, PA., moved to Phoenix in 1981. Employed at Karsten Mfg. 15 years and 1 year at Western Engraving. Survived by his loving wife Judy, 3 children; Loren Harris of Cogan Station, PA., Wendy Dennis of Clayton, NC and Melissa Cole of Hughesville, PA., two stepsons Michael Chapman of HI., John Chapman of Jacksonville, NC and 7 grandchildren.
