The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 22, 2003 Shirley Ann Smith, 50, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away Monday, January 13, 2003 in Phoenix. Ms. Smith, a Paralegal for Community Legal Services for 23 years, was born August 21, 1952 in Phoenix and was a life resident. She is survived by her daughter, Lemetria N. Nealy; mother, Lenora Battles; sisters, Lillie Fulder and Erma McCrayton; five brothers, Terry, Gerald, Melvin, Sammie and Tommy, and one grandson, Marques Tyrek Hughey all of Phoenix, Az. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at Resthaven Park Mortuary Chapel, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, Az.; with visitation one hour prior to the service.
