The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 18, 2003 Irene A. Krizan, 86, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2003. She was born in Monaca, PA., and was a gracious and spiritual lady. Irene is preceded in death by her husband Thomas and son Gary Thomas. She is survived by her daughters Sharon (Bob) Boyajian of Paradise Valley, AZ., Melanie (Herb) Chambers of Houston, TX., Kathleen Miller of Scottsdale, AZ, and sister Martha Leonard of Caddo Gap, AR. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at 2:30pm with a 1-hour prior visitation at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley "Fund Development" 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014 and to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E.
