The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 18, 2003 Joseph Salcido, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2003 at the age of 45. Joseph was the son of Julia and Joseph Salcido, Sr. and brother of Jo Anne, Esther, Isaac and Mark. Joseph was born in Tempe on Mark 26, 1957. Throughout his life, Joseph was dedicated to the care of others. He interacted with people of all ages from children and families at his church to providing care for the elderly through Heritage Home. He is survived by his wife, Julieta, his son, Joseph Salcido III, his daughter, Maranda Salcido, stepson, Julio Romero, and two grandsons. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 18 at Glendale Apostolic Church, 5014 W. Marlette, with visitation one hour prior. Funeral service on Wednesday, 11am at Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E.
