MCCASLIN, Isaac (Mac) F.


Isaac "Mac" F. McCaslin, 71, of Casa Grande Arizona, passed away on July 1, 2002. Mr. McCaslin served in the Army - Korean, Vietnam E-6 1st Seargent 20 years retired. Mr. McCaslin was born Aug. 31, 1930 in Rockland, Maine, to Isaac and Sylvia McCaslin. He served in the Army for 20 years before retiring with the grade of E-6 and as a first sergeant. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. He also was a carpenter in construction before retirement and lived in Casa Grande for 37 years. He was a member of the LDS Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars in Casa Grande. He enjoyed prospecting. Survivors include three daughters, Linda Reagan of Casa Grande, Sylvia Johnson of Las Vegas, Nev., and Juanita Williams of Gallipolis Ferry, W.Va.; two sons, John Isaac McCaslin of Casa Grande and Mack A. McCaslin of Thaxton, Va.; three sisters, Priscilla Hoyt, Virginia Trahn and Roberta Bourassa, all of Maine; a half-brother, Jack Pault of Maine; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Genevieve; two sisters, Nancy and Dorothy; and two brothers, Robert and Julius. Memorial contributions may be made to cancer research at Arizona Medical Center in Tucson. J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Casa Grande Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
