Jacqueline Foy, age 41, passed away on June 30, 2002. 

Funeral services for Ms. Foy will be conducted on Monday July 8, 2002 at the Greer-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ. Visitation will be held prior at the Chapel.
