Cheryl Kathleen Wade, 63, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born Dec. 20, 1945 in Rawlins, Wyo., passed away Dec. 13, 2009. 

Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009 at Chino Valley Funeral Home, 480 Palomino, Chino Valley, Ariz. Services and burial will be in Utah. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Family Care, 100 E. Sheldon St., Suite 100, Prescott, AZ 86301.
