Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, February 24, 2008 Billy D. Harder, 72, of Prescott Valley, born June 30, 1935, in Knox, Ind., passed away Feb. 23, 2008, in Phoenix, Ariz. A celebration of his life will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008, at the Arizona Wakeln Bradshaw Chapel at the corner of Navajo and Valley roads in Prescott Valley.
