AITCHISON, Ruth

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, January 23, 2003 Ruth Hoffman Aitchison, 76, died at home in Sun Lakes, Arizona on January 19, 2003. Born in Duluth, Minn. and grew up in Cloquet, Minn. She lived in Fitchburg, Ma. Longview, Wa. before residing in Arizona. She was educated at Bates College e.E and Pepperdine University Ca. Survived by husband, Harry and children, Harry Jr., Thomas, and Nancy Aitchison; grandchildren Kai and Marci Aitchison; brother Frederick Hoffman and sister Dorcas Hoffman Wilson. She belonged to a number of service groups including ANG, EGA, LOS, Daughters of the Nile and was active in HRRVC. Memorial service Tuesday, February 4th, 2003, 11am, at Sun Lakes Chapel.
