The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, January 23, 2003 Ronald D. Carmack, 66, of Peoria, Arizona passed away on January 19, 2003. He was born on February 23, 1936 in Anderson, Indiana. He moved to Arizona at 6 years of age. Ron is survived by his wife Donna, three children Bryan, Lori, and Eric. He has eight grandchildren. He was always there for all of the family. He is loved greatly by his family and will always remain in our hearts. We love you, Daddy & Papa. A memorial service is planned at First Southern Baptist Church of Glendale, 7149 N. 58th Ave, Glendale on January 23, 2003, Thursday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church for those in need.
