Vivian Lucille Mandell, 53, passed away on July 2, 2002, in Scottsdale. She was born in Columbia, Missouri on April 2, 1949. 

A Viewing/Visitation time will take place on Monday, July 8, 2002 with services at Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix. Paradise Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
