Katherine I. Frey, 92, of Prescott, Ariz., born in Lancaster, Pa., passed away Feb. 26, 2008, at Mountain View Manor in Prescott. 

A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw crematory with services at a later date in Grants Pass, Ore. 

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
