SEBASKY, Helen Jane

Helen Jane Sebasky, 76, of Scottsdale, AZ, died July 3, 2002. Born in Danville, IL on Dec. 30, 1925, she moved to Arizona 11 years ago from San Diego, CA. She was an Administrative Assistant in the digital industry. She was a member of the VFW Post and the Villa Monterey Community Asso. in Scottsdale. She is survived by her devoted companion of 9 years, David Schabowski; her daughters, Madonna Kay Freeman, Susan Michelle Smith, and Debra Lynn Iacovino; sons-in-law, David Freeman, John K. Smith, and Frank J. Iacovino; sister, Nancie Lee Ratcliff; 9 grandchildren; and 1 great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, John G. (Jack) Sebasky. Interment in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
