Doukszewicz, 66, of Ash Fork and Sedona, Ariz., born April 17, 1941 in Lowell, Mass., passed away Feb. 23, 2008, at the Bob stump VA Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2008, at the VA Chapel, Bob stump VA Center with Rev. Gerald Caffrey, C.M.F. officiating. Committal services with full military honors by the Honor Detail American Legion Post 6 will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2008, at the Prescott National Cemetery. Private cremation at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home is assisting the family.
