BOWCUT - FIFIELD, Vera Lucille

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, January 24, 2003 Vera L. Bowcut-Fifield, age 94, passed away peacefully, January 20, 2003, at Hospice of the Valley, Mesa, Az. She was born in Riverton, Utah, February 13, 1908 to Heber and Adelia Thorne. Survived by son Ronal, wife Mary, son Donal, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren; and sister Verda Jolley. Vera married Leonal Peter Bowcut in Twin Falls, Idaho, March 30, 1925, sealed in the Mesa LDS Tempe, December 1934. Her loving husband Leonal preceded her in death in 1981. Vera married Melvin Fifield in 1992. He passed away in 1994. Vera loved the LDS church doing Temple Work, Genealogy, serving as Relief Society President and other church duties. She lived in the Mesa, Az. area most of her adult life. Services January 27th, 2p.m. Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Rd, Scottsdale. Visitation 1 hour prior to service.
