The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, January 24, 2003 Carol W. Gossum, 65, of Phoenix, Arizona entered into eternal life in heaven January 19, 2003. She is the daughter of Eugene and Gertrude Miles Clothier and was born May 4, 1937 in South Colton, NY. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Survivors include her loving husband of 41 years, Richard (Dick) Gossum; one daughter, Cheryl A. Clifton of Phoenix, Az.; one sister, June M. Wilson of Waddington, N.Y.; one granddaughter, Lisa C. Clifton of Phoenix, Az.; one grandson Todd L. Clifton of Glendale, Az. and one great-granddaughter Danielle C. Spencer of Phoenix, Az. and many additional loving family members and friends. We will miss her greatly. Her laughter and smiles blessed our lives. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, January 26, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, Az.
