The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, January 24, 2003 Mary Alice (Katie) Trejo, 69, born in Phoenix, Arizona, September 21, 1933, passed away January 21, 2003. She is survived by one sister, Dolores Wilson; niece, Christina Cotton; cousins, Josephine Delfino, Margaret Garcia (Philip), Peter (Eva) Rivera, Ralph (Bali) Rivera and Mercy McCormack; her son, Joseph D. Trejo and daughter and son-in-law Patricia A. and Ron Cobos. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Melanie, Katie Beth, Sandy, Stephanie, Stacie, Nicole, Lauren, Michael and Marc, and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear friends Jennie and Richard Lira, and her sports buddy and sister-in-law Dolores Sandoval. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2003 at 12:30 p.m. at SS. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 6351 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix.
