LERMA, Elias Q.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 20, 2003 Elias Q. Lerma, was born on June 21, 1922, in Falls City, Texas. Elias passed away on February 18, 2003, in Peoria, AZ. He was preceded in death by his wife of 22 years, Julia C. Lerma, two sons, Carlos C. and Elias C. Lerma, and second wife, Isabel Lerma. He is survived by two daughters, Gudelia L. (Tony) Perales, and Gloria L. (Tim) Gomez; four sons, Melecio (Debbie) Lerma, Adolph (Lucy) Lerma, Manuel (Nichol) Lerma, and Rudy (Stephanie) Lerma; three sisters, Rafela L. Jasso, Juanita L. Galvan, and Auralia L. DeLeon, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., on Thursday, February 20, 2003 from 5pm-7pm with rosary to start at 7pm. Services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1421 S 14th St, Phx, AZ on Friday, February 21, 2003 at 10am. Funeral services were entrusted to Mortensen Kings Funeral Center.
