Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona Wednesday, Dec 23rd, 2009 Felicitas Campos “Elisa” Curtis, 81, of Miami, Ariz., passed away on Friday, Dec. 18, 2009 at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Ariz. She was born in Miami, Ariz. on Aug. 23, 1928, the daughter of Melquiadez Hernandez and Jose Campos. Elisa leaves behind in loving memory two sons, John Curtis of Phoenix, Ariz., and Frank Curtis Jr. and his wife JoAnn of San Carlos, Ariz.; one daughter, Susie Channell and Jerry Formanek of Miami, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren, Frank Joe, Angela, Carissa, Alayna, Gary Jr. Brian, Clint, Travis, Elisa, Davida and Michael; 15 great grandchildren; one brother, of Apache Junction, Arizona; and two sisters, of California. Elisa was preceded in death by her husband, Frank M. Curtis Sr. Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, 844 W. Sullivan St., Miami, Ariz. Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament. Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament. Interment will take place at Mountain Breeze Memorial Gardens, Miami, Ariz. Funeral arrangements for Felicitas Campos “Elisa” Curtis were entrusted to Miles Funeral Services, Globe.
