He is survived by wife, Patricia L. Wurtz; daughter, Jordan M. Wurtz; mother, Margaret M. Wurtz; sister, Nancy M. Gary; and brother William K. Wurtz; two nephews, Thomas and Trevor; one niece Kelly, and three grand-nephews. Graveside ceremony Monday, January 27th at 1 p.m. at St. Francis Cemetery, 5005 E. Oak St., Phoenix, Az., Gate 7.
