BEAM, Wallace W.

Wallace W. Beam, Jr., 66, went to be with the Lord June 26, 2002 in Phoenix, AZ. He was born in Chambersburg, PA on May 5, 1936. 

He was a Viet Nam Veteran and played defensive back for the USAF Football team in England in 1960 and 1961. He is a Ret. USAF TSGT with 20 years of active service. He was a life member of the VFW Post in Virginia and was employed with Peak Container, Inc., where he drove a truck for 5 years. 

He is survived by his beloved wife Celia M. Beam; Daughters: Sandra (West) Umsteadt and Peggy (Michael) McGuire; Son: Russell (Elena) Beam; Stepdaughter: Tammy (Christopher) Honnen; Stepsons: Dan 
(Lydia),Michael (Paula), Bill (GiGi) and Steve (Karen) Gray; Sister: Bonnie (Ken) Seilhamer; Brothers: Bobby (Lois) Beam and Warren (Kay) Beam; 23 Grandchildren and one Great-grandchild. 

Visitation Monday July 1, 2002, at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ. Funeral Service Tuesday July 2, 2002 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. Interment Resthaven Park Cemetery Glendale, AZ. Cemetery.
