The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 21, 2003 Jessie L. Billingsley who was born November 19, 1911 in Spokane, WA., passed on February 16, 2003 in Scottsdale, AZ. Her husband Lemuel preceded Jessie in death. Jessie and Lemuel were co-founders of Evergreen Trucking in Spokane, WA. She has many loving nieces and nephews surviving her. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2003 at 1pm at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
