Jack A. Brooks, 78, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather went home to the Lord on Jan. 22, 2003.
Jack is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 52 years, Clarice (Willie), 6 children, (John, Missy, Mark, Scott, Roxanne and Jill), eleven grandchildren (Tim, Justin, Chris, John, Summer, Nicole, Courtney, Jeff, Megan, Briana and Brandon), 3 great grandchildren (Brogan, Nathaniel and Peyton) and his faithful pal Sy.
Jack was born on September 10, 1924 in Sugar City, Colorado. He served in the United States Navy during WW II. In 1987, he retired from Goodyear Aerospace after 35 years of service.
Upon retirement, he relocated to Prescott, Arizona where he spent many happy years pursuing various hobbies. He recently moved back to the valley to be closer to his family. Jack will be remembered as a loving devoted husband, father and grandfather and a hero to everyone that knew him.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, January 27, 2003 at 2 p.m. at Beacon Bible Church, 5245 W. Peoria Ave, Glendale, Arizona.
