Lewis is survived by his wife, Thelma; daughter, Robin Reed; son, Terry Davis; brothers, Harvey and Frank Davis; sister, Wilda Weaver; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, February 3, 2003, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd.
