The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 26, 2003 Richard S. Eisley, 69, editor and public relations expert, died at his home, January 8. He received a BA from Beloit College. A former navy pilot whose experiences led him to a career in travel representing several countries and airlines. He served as UN tourism adviser to Bonaire, N.A., on-island and in New York. He also served as president of the Westchester Convention and Visitors Bureau, N.Y. For the last decade he was editor of the Airport Press, published at JFK Airport. He was preceded in death by his father, Steven Eisley, mother, Katherine Bauer and stepfather, Paul Bauer of Phoenix. He is survived by his wife, Donna Casavant Eisley; Irene and Martin Eisele and other family members in Phoenix. Memorial service, 9 a.m., February 1 at the Franciscan Renewal Center, Scottsdale, Az.
