The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 26, 2003 Rudy P. Hernandez, 59, passed away on January 21, 2003 in Pah Rump, Nevada. Mr. Hernandez was a veteran of the USAF and a retiree of United Airlines. A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with visitation from 9:00-11:00 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2003 at Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, Az. Burial will follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Survivors include his wife Lisa; a son, Rudy Jr.; a daughter, Elizabeth Schwartezenberger; one grandchild of Phoenix; a brother, Joseph Alexander of Tempe; and a sister, Lydia of Littleton, Colo. Dearest Rudy, your heart is pure, your soul is free, be on your way. Above the universe you'll climb, beyond the hands of time. The moon will rise, the sun will set, but we won't forget.
