Services will be held Saturday, February 22, 2003 at 3:00 PM at Eastside Baptist Church, 2828 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016. Contributions may be made to Trinity Hospice, 5314 N. 12th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
