RYBERG, Melvin E.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 21, 2003 Melvin E. Ryberg, of Phoenix Arizona, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2003 after losing an extended battle with cancer. He was a kidney transplant recipient in 1974, and was blessed with another 28 years of life with his family. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his devoted wife Eileen, sons, Gary of Portland, OR. and Steven of Las Vegas, NV., daughter, Julie Porter of Phoenix, AZ., brother Daryel Ryberg of Denver, CO. and granddaughters, Brandi and Bethany of Phoenix, AZ. Graveside Services will be on Monday February 24, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Phoenix Memorial Park 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ. Contributions may be made to the Arizona Kidney Foundation.
