Edgar Pui-Sun Yu, 52, of Phoenix, Arizona died January  24, 2003, in Chandler, Arizona. He was born in China on November 3, 1950 and had been a owner of several restaurants, and was a loved patient care dietitian Manager at Good Samaritan Hospital. 

He is survived by his wife Irene, his parents, father, Raymond Siu-Kwong Yu; mother Elizabeth Choi-Mee Yu; son Derek Yu; brother Joe Yu; sisters, Maria Wong, Victoria Chan, and Rosa Lam. 

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, January 28, 2003 at 10:15 a.m. at Corpus Christie Catholic Church, 3550 East Knox Road, Phoenix, Arizona. 

Visitation will be Monday, January 27, 2003 from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona.
