Louise Joan Turner, 71 passed away January 22, 2003 in Yuma, Arizona. She was born June 4, 1931 in Ashland, Penn.
Mrs. Turner worked at Evans Farmers Insurance for 15 years as a Secretary.
Survivors include; her husband, James Turner; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Norma Mooney all of Yuma, daughter, Lois Turner and son-in-law William Goff of Eureka, Calif., niece, Carol Thoryk of San Jose, Calif., four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews.
No services will be held at Mrs. Turners request.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Hospice of Yuma, 1824 S. 8th Avenue, the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
Louise will be remembered by her family and friends as a bright, generous and loving woman who had a wonderful sense of humor. She loved to laugh and always provided an empathetic ear to many who were in need of a friend. Louise was unaware of her specialness and she touched more lives than she realized. She will be greatly missed.
