The Casa Grande Dispatch, Casa Grande, Arizona Thursday, May 01, 2003 AK-CHIN - Bertha J. Lopez, 52, of Stanfield, Arizona, died April 27, 2003 at Scottsdale Shea Hospital. The wake will begin at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Zepeda home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Catholic Church in Ak-Chin. Burial will be in Ak-Chin Cemetery. Mrs. Lopez was born Sept. 19, 1950 in Manager's Dam. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Enrique; a son, Rueben Zepeda of Stanfield; four stepsons, Henry, Anthony, Steven and Carmen Zepeda, all of Stanfield; two sisters, Rose Lopez and Mary Frances Garcia of Stanfield; two half-sisters, Cindy and Angelica Lopez of Wauchula, Fla.; a stepsister, Hope Zepeda of Stanfield; two stepbrothers, Joe Velasco of Sacaton, Az. and Francisco Velasco of Casa Grande; her stepfather, Alejandro Velasco of Casa Grande; many grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosaria and Tomas Lopez; a brother, Johnny Lopez; and a stepson, Michael Zepeda. J.
