MILLER, Clifford Lore, II

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 23, 2003 Clifford Lore Miller II, went home to be with the Lord on February 11, 2003 at age 86. He was a 1939 Westpoint graduate. 1942-1944 served in the Armored Divisions T-A; 1944-1945 (WWII) Battalion Commander of 3rd Armored Divisions T-E. He was awarded two Silver Stars, a Bronze Star for Valor, and a Purple Heart. October 1946 FET. 1956-1957 Advisor Republic of Korean Military 1st Corp. Chief of Staff Advisor. 1958-1959 Advisor GP National Guard US. 1959-1960 Korea ASCOM Area Deputy Commander. 1960 retired as Lt. Colonel. Daughter, Deidre, predeceases him. Wife, Mary; sons, Clifford and David; daughters, Penelope, Victoria and Martha; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren survive him.
