WARREN, Sylvia J.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 23, 2003 Sylvia J. Pearson-Warren, 42, of Mesa, passed away February 19, 2003 in Mesa, AZ. She was born January 15, 1961 in Tempe, AZ to Mary Lois and Thurman Packard. Sylvia always said her goal in life was, above all, to be the best mother. She more than accomplished that during her lifetime. All the memories she blessed her family with involve her sacrificing herself in some way for others. Sylvia always thought of others first. She had a strong friendship with God, and that showed throughout her life. In fact, her favorite chapter she lived her life by was First Corinthians 13. Sylvia is survived by her two children, Brian Seldon Pearson and Heather Marene Pearson; husband Leroy Warren; parents, Mary Packard and Thurman Packard; and sister, Terri Lynn Packard. Services will be held Monday, February 24, 2003 at 3:00pm with visitation a half hour prior at Valley of the Sun Mausoleum Chapel, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Chandler, AZ 85248.
