SIVETS, Richard (Rich) Henry

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 23, 2003 Richard (Rich) Henry Sivets, 59, of Fountain Hills, Arizona, passed away on February 18, 2003. Born in Willard, Ohio, Rich was a Data Specialist for State Farm Insurance. Rich will be remembered for his love for his family and life, his sense of humor, and his love for the game of golf. Rich is survived by wife Michele; daughter and son-in-law Sheri & Chad Petrie of Eagle River, Alaska; daughter and son-in-law Sun-Hee & Nick LaJinnes of North Pole, Alaska; son and daughter-in-law, Peter & Carmel Sivets of Australia; daughter Stacey Sivets of Denver, Colorado; son Tony Sivets of Alaska; stepdaughter Erin Maynard and her husband Doug of Higley, Arizona; granddaughters Gretchen Petrie and Alexis LaJinnes. A celebration of Rich's life will be held at Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church, 13001 N. Fountain Hills Blvd., Fountain Hills, Arizona on Monday, February 24th at 11am.
