She was born July 4, 1916 to Joseph & Barbara (Lopez) Ortega in Douglas, AZ. A career homemaker and mother who will be greatly missed by her family & friends. Survived by her daughters, Irene (Paul) Diaz, Ernestine Bohn, Virginia Jimenez, and Gloria Rhodes; son, David (Sharon) Sanchez; 12 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation 5:00-8:00pm, Sunday, February 23, 2003 and Funeral Service 10am on Monday, Feb. 24, 2003 both at Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale, AZ. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
