Donald Paul Mosteller was born in Wichita, Kansas, moved to Phoenix at age three and returned after World War II to work for Roy Brooks Plumbing & Heating Co. Starting with Climate Control in 1950, he became superintendent of piping in 1960. His powerful yet charismatic presence on job sites over the years endeared him to many in the construction industry. He is survived by Louise Daniels, fiancee, his sister Pauline Hamilton of San Antonio, three children Catherine Mull (John), D.P. Mosteller Jr., Gary Mosteller (Victoria); twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2003 with a visitation beginning at 12:00 at the mortuary. Arrangements handled by Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N.
