Karolina Matej, 82 years old, of Fountain Hills Arizona, passed away June 28, 2002. Matej was born in Poland. 

Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Matej-Horchem (Nick) Fountain Hills, AZ.; Halina Braszko (Jozef) Sosnowiec, Poland; Brother, Jan Matej (Zafia), Poland; Sister Boguslawa Bizior (Wladyslw), Poland; 2 Grandchildren Robert Matej, Fountain Hills & Grzegos Braszko, Poland. 

Mass Monday, July 1, 2002, at at Our Lady of Czestochowa, 6530 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ. Interment: Paradise Memorial Gardens, 92nd St. & Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ.
