BENTLEY, John Douglas

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, March 1, 2003 John Douglas Bentley, 83, of Glendale, Arizona, died on February 26, 2003. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served at Pearl Harbor during the attack. He is preceded in death by his wife Felicia and his parents Ann & Louis. He is survived by his daughters, Jo Ann (Jack) McDaniel & Edith Edwards, grandchildren Jackie, Jodi (Oscar), Kimberly, Debra (Timothy), Jonathan, Scott & Cody, great-grandchildren Oscar, Joshua, Christopher, Galand, Anthony, Robert, Phillip, Jimmy & Jennah. Visitation will be on Monday, March 3rd, 2003, 5-8 p.m., Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback Road. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, March 4th, 2003, 11:00 a.m., at the Mortuary.
