Frank "El Che" Rios, Jr., age 51, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away July 2, 2002. He was born July 30, 1950. Survivors include his mother, Frances Ybarra; daughters, Lorretta Rios, Misty Rios, Christy Briones, Vivan Rios, Rosie Rios; sons, Michael, Ruben Briones, Franky Rios; brothers, Manuel, Robert, Paul, Steven, Ruben, Tony Rios & Ernest Jerez; sisters, Martha R. Lopez, Victoria Rios, Sonia Mendoza; 9 grandchildren. Visitation and Rosary Sunday, July 7, 2002 at Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson St., Phx, AZ. Services Monday, July 8, 2002 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington St., Phx, AZ. Interment will be at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Burn, Phoenix, AZ.
